With over 290 branches and automated banking centres, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for high-end personal customers, we serve a significant portion of the adult population in Hong Kong.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Sales Manager to join our team as Assistant Manager, Insurance Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in insurance sales and be able to drive business growth through effective collaboration with Customer Relationship Managers/branches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving insurance sales targets, driving tactical programs to develop a robust insurance culture, and ensuring sales staff are capable of cross-selling various types of insurance products. They will also implement the Group's/Bank's Compliance policy by managing compliance risk and optimizing relations with regulators.

About You
  • You hold a university degree in a related discipline and preferably have relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or CFMP.
  • You have at least 3-5 years' experience in insurance sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • You are proficient in both English and Cantonese, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • You have a customer-centric mindset and are able to manage complex interactions effectively.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of HK$480,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses and benefits. The estimated annual total remuneration package is around HK$750,000.
