Job Purpose:
As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in cross-selling loan products to customers through outbound calls and handling inbound hotline inquiries. Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote our bank's loan products to new and existing customers to drive business revenue growth.
- Provide insightful feedback to Managers on marketing campaigns and propose ideas for enhancements.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives while meeting service standards.
- Comply with internal guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Incumbent Requirements:
- Secondary education with at least 1 year of working experience.
- Relevant sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, aggressive, and hardworking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Salary Range: HK$35,000 - HK$50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
