We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Customer Due Diligence to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough customer due diligence processes for onboarding, periodic review, and trigger event review.
- Analyze Know Your Customer (KYC) information and documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Effectively communicate with customers to complete customer due diligence requirements within defined service level agreements.
- A minimum of an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant qualifications such as CAMS, AAMLP Core Level, or Six Sigma Green Belt are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Banking or Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese word processing skills.
- The ability to work independently, self-motivate, and take on challenges is essential.
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills.
