Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our team at China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone or in writing with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Carry out investigations and collaborate closely with relevant parties to resolve disputes and draft replies to customers, regulatory bodies, and external parties.
  • Highlight important issues for management review and service improvement, driving business growth through proactive problem-solving.
  • Assist supervisors on customer feedback reports and other ad-hoc projects, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • HKCEE/DSE/Diploma holder or above, demonstrating strong academic credentials.
  • 2-3 years' working experience in customer service fields, preferably with experience in complaint handling, showcasing expertise in conflict resolution.
  • Well-organized with an analytical mind, good communication skills, and strong objection handling abilities, ensuring effective issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in written and oral English, Chinese, and Putonghua is essential, facilitating seamless communication with diverse stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
  • 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm/10:30am - 7:30pm), offering a healthy work-life balance.
