Key Responsibilities

  • Handle personal line claims focusing on Home and Retail Property
  • Manage standard complex claims in a customer-centric manner
  • Develop claims case strategies to ensure appropriate reserves and investigations
  • Acquire and organize evidence to assess claim value and identify potential fraud indicators
  • Review, resolve, and finalize claims within authority limits
  • Act as a referral point for escalated cases
  • Adhere to local regulatory and governance requirements
  • Refer to customer-specific claims handling protocols and proposition service charters

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 2-4 years' insurance experience in claims handling
  • Relevant experience and work towards industry standards
  • Good technical knowledge of claims handling and customer service skills
  • Understanding of industry standards, protocol, and claims agreements
  • Ability to articulate priorities and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
