At Company 28 - Manulife (International) Limited, we are looking for an experienced Customer Resolution Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for handling customer complaints in a professional manner.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, plus benefits packages that include flexible work policies and strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct prompt and thorough investigations independently and render quality resolutions to customers.
  2. Manage to act within standard turnaround time and in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  3. Work with other departments for case resolutions and streamline the workflow to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. University graduate in business, finance, language studies or other relevant subjects.
  2. Above 5 years' solid experience in complaint handling, preferably in financial institutions.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin).
