Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Customer Resolution Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct thorough investigations and render quality resolutions to customers
- Manage to act within standard turnaround time and in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Work with other departments for case resolutions and streamline the workflow to enhance customer experience
- Prepare management reports and handle ad hoc tasks and projects
Requirements
- University graduate in business, finance, language studies or other relevant subjects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written Chinese and English
- Above 5 years' solid experience in complaint handling, preferably in financial institutions
