We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Global Executive Consultants Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist in designing and implementing policies and internal control mechanisms to enhance quality service in our branches. This includes coordinating with internal and external parties to manage clients' opinions/complaints and responding in a timely manner. Additionally, the role involves promoting quality assurance best practices, organizing quality assurance improvement training and activities for frontline staff, preparing complaints investigation reports, and handling ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Manager in developing and implementing strategies to resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and complaint resolution
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance frontline staff's quality assurance skills
  • Analyze and investigate customer complaints to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail banking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC skills, particularly Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
