We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Operations Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong interest in hospitality operations.Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and resolving any guest complaints or issues. You will also assist with training and development of junior staff members and contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service.Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a fresh graduate diploma or above in Hospitality, Hotel, or Catering Management. Previous experience in an upscale F&B/hotel setting is advantageous, as is relevant internship experience. Strong passion for delivering exceptional people-oriented and personalized services is essential, along with good communication skills and teamwork spirit. Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability are key requirements, as well as proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.Salary & Benefits
