Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate room assignments and prepare key packets for arriving guests
- Pre-register designated guests and review reservation details
- Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups
- Review and accommodate requests for room changes when possible
- Confirm reservations and cancellations in a timely manner
- Verify and adjust billing for guests
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10 pounds
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
