- As Front Desk Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- You will also be tasked with monitoring front desk performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales, to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
">- Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Lead and develop a high-performing front office team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics related to front desk operations, using data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
">- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office management or supervisory role in a similar hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in supervising and developing teams.
- Possession of a diploma or higher in hospitality management or a related field.
Working Conditions
">The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. They must be able to maintain a high level of energy and productivity during peak periods and be flexible in their approach to work.
">Salary Range: HKD $50,000 - HKD $70,000 per month (dependent on experience).
