- Monitor and report on service desk performance metrics, including first call resolution and average handle time.

Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in IT service management, with a minimum of 2 years in a service desk management role.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
