Moody's Investors Service is seeking an experienced Risk Management Solutions Architect to join our Banking Advisory Services team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated risk management solutions for clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Role/Responsibilities

The Assistant Director position is a client-facing role focused on assessing clients' business needs relative to the development, customization, and implementation of risk management solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and promoting expert knowledge concerning Moody's practice and solutions
  • Providing analytical insight and support to Sales in presenting and discussing solutions with Clients
  • Facilitating and supporting the sales process of Banking OU (software and advisory) in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Managing project teams to deliver Moody's solution on time and within budget
  • Contributing to increasing both Services and Product revenue

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, business, or a related quantitative field, with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience. Strong written communication, live presentation, and project management skills are required. Proficiency in common programming languages (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and experience with credit risk modeling, stress testing, ESG, economic capital, and financial regulatory frameworks are highly preferred.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of HKD $800,000 - $1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on individual and company performance, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
