Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the efficient operation of the Front Desk, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, catering to their needs and preferences
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitor billing, cashiering, and cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and security
  • Mentor and guide Front Desk Agents to promote teamwork and rapport-building


Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury hotel brand
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems
  • Excellent customer interaction skills, with fluency in spoken English and Chinese
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Senior Front Desk Agent
