\The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking a Front Desk Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences through effective management of the front desk operations.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk staff, including check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and managing cashier duties.\
- Greet and attend to the needs of VIP guests with exceptional service standards.\
- Provide support to the Langham Club, Business Centre, and Guest Services areas as required.\
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.\
- Promote hotel facilities, including the Health Club, Business Centre, and Food & Beverage outlets.\
- Ensure timely follow-up on amenities orders.\
- Provide on-the-job training to new colleagues.\
- Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by management.\
Requirements:
\- \
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.\
- Diploma or above in a relevant field.\
- Independent and confident individual able to work under pressure.\
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.\
- Additional language skills are an advantage.\
Compensation: HKD $55,000 - HKD $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
