About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to join our team at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. As a key member of our Front Office Department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a large-scale hospitality establishment is required.
  • You have a university degree or diploma in hospitality and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • You possess good knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk management, concierge services, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and train front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of efficiency and courtesy.
  2. Schedule yourself to be on the front desk, lobby, and ramp during peak operation hours to ensure smooth service delivery.
  3. Act as an ambassador for the hotel and strive to maximize revenue through effective communication and coordination with other departments.
  4. Manage front office operations, including room assignments, key card distribution, and maintenance of accurate records.
