About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to join our team at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. As a key member of our Front Office Department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a large-scale hospitality establishment is required.
- You have a university degree or diploma in hospitality and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- You possess good knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk management, concierge services, and housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of efficiency and courtesy.
- Schedule yourself to be on the front desk, lobby, and ramp during peak operation hours to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel and strive to maximize revenue through effective communication and coordination with other departments.
- Manage front office operations, including room assignments, key card distribution, and maintenance of accurate records.
