Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Langham, Hong Kong. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, as well as handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the coordination of hotel events and activities, including the Langham Club and Business Centre.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with additional languages an advantage.
