Job Summary

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach and exceed targets by identifying new business opportunities and analyzing market trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving target revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • A strong background in new business accounts acquisition.
  • Self-starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions.
  • Hunter mentality with a hunger for new sales opportunities.
  • 5+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience.
  • TMS, supply chain, or logistics background is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Resilience to close deals.
