As a Sales Manager at the Leo Paper Group, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding opportunities in the market.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth, as well as managing and growing existing accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Acount Management: Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the production team to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Sales Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the executive team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of printing processes and packaging design is an advantage. Experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
