Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic events and wedding business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Events Sales position.
- Aggressive and positive working attitude.
- Solid sales experience in F&B, event, and wedding planning within hotel/resort area, extensive knowledge, and background in wedding planning/sales.
- In-depth industry knowledge and previous exposure to hotel social events sales models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
