Customer Success Strategist

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Experience in conducting customer satisfaction analysis and working with Customer Success teams is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to align financial metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
