Job Summary

As a key member of the DBS Consumer Banking Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President of Customer Feedback Management. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints related to banking products, conducting thorough investigations, and collaborating with stakeholders to establish robust scrutiny of compliance practices and risk management policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end handling of customer complaints, including thorough investigations and quality resolution
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish and maintain robust scrutiny of compliance practices and risk management policies
• Analyze customer feedback and root causes of complaints to identify areas for improvement and recommendations for enhancing service quality
• Detect and raise compliance issues and incidents in customer complaints to the CFM head

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• High demand on numeric and analytic skills
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in credit card, lending, or banking industry, preferably in an analytic role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, attention to details, and meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
