Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience in our retail stores. This involves interacting with guests to understand their needs, providing customized solutions, and facilitating seamless transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to provide world-class customer service, building strong relationships and trust.
- Assess guest needs to offer personalized solutions, ensuring timely and effective purchases and returns.
- Deliver technical product education, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
- Facilitate end-to-end guest experiences by processing accurate transactions and executing market-relevant programs according to company standards.
- Provide dynamic floor coverage to continuously engage with guests and address multiple store needs.
- Act on guest feedback, collaborating with store leadership to resolve issues and enhance the overall experience.
- Promote local community programs, planning and executing initiatives such as run clubs or international yoga days.
The Customer Experience Specialist contributes to a respectful and inclusive team environment, fostering supportive relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
