  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Channel handling - Emails & Chat
  • Ensure efficient customer service processes
  • Manage customer queries by sharing product information, repair request submission, and checking status
  • Manage daily call queries which include 1st level escalation management
  • Ability to respond to written requests from customers in accordance with our operating procedures
  • Maintain customer service support with program subscribers
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in the primary language of Cantonese

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of working experience in customer services
  • Strong customer focus and experience in claims management will be an asset
  • Bias for action and ability to work as a team player
