Customer Service Specialist with Financial Expertise

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Standard Chartered. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years' experience in a contact center environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of major retail banking products, especially unsecured lending and investment
  • Customer-centric mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (native speakers preferred)
  • Good written communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
