  • Customer Segmentation Strategies
    • Collaborate with business users to identify target customer segments and develop selection criteria for new acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, and usage stimulation.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution
    • Provide campaign execution support to drive segment and product direction strategies.
  • Predictive Modeling
    • Incorporate and implement propensity and predictive models into marketing campaigns to maximize customer response.
  • Analytics Reporting
    • Produce analytics reports for regular and campaign-specific needs.
  • Model Development
    • Participate in analytical model development to achieve business objectives.
  • Special Projects
    • Identify and coordinate special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Holder of a degree in quantitative or numerical science-related disciplines.
    • At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the financial service industry, with a proven track record and exposure in database marketing, database development, report tracking, and automation.
  • Skills
    • Proven competence in SAS Programming, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, database design and management, and user requirement write-ups.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, good business sense, remarkable problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua.
