Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve performance targets and enhance client engagement.
  • Adapting to KPI Management, analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
  • Conducting market research and attending trade shows to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
  • Designing and participating in seminars and webinars.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry, including team management experience.
  • Welcome from other financial industries such as Insurance/Equity/Property, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
