Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to lead our Japan Equity Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Japan equity market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide market information and investment advice to clients.
  • Promote our brand through internal Analysts and Corporate Access in support of IR meeting arrangements, Conferences, and Reverse IRs.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to exchange feedback and share information to drive equity businesses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Japan equity sales experience focusing on Japan financial institutional clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills with experience giving presentations and speaking in public, good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English.
  • Solid understanding of sales and trading business, profound knowledge of Japanese and international capital markets, and the firm's products and services.
  • Possess extensive contacts in the broker-dealer community, Strong interpersonal skills, and a good team player able to work together with other business functions.
