Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive sustainable growth.
Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to optimize results.
Client Relationships:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee complex negotiations and contract closures for high-value accounts.
Sales Process Optimization:
  • Refine sales methodologies, tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline operations.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast trends, track pipeline progress, and adjust strategies.
Market Expansion:
  • Explore and penetrate new geographic or vertical markets to diversify revenue streams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Brand Stewardship:

Maintain brand consistency and innovate positioning to stand out in competitive markets.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in sales, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Sales Manager, Regional Director). Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in Industry or Construction field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership with ability to inspire and scale teams. Expertise in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and pipeline management. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Construction for Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy.
