Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to optimize results.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Oversee complex negotiations and contract closures for high-value accounts.
- Refine sales methodologies, tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline operations.
- Analyze sales data to forecast trends, track pipeline progress, and adjust strategies.
- Explore and penetrate new geographic or vertical markets to diversify revenue streams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Maintain brand consistency and innovate positioning to stand out in competitive markets.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in sales, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Sales Manager, Regional Director). Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in Industry or Construction field.
- Skills: Strong leadership with ability to inspire and scale teams. Expertise in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and pipeline management. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in Construction for Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy.
