As an Associate Director, Business Development, you will play a key role in developing and executing a defined sales strategy that focuses on local and large markets. You will be responsible for converting identified prospects into clients and managing the handover to Account Management Teams.

  • This involves developing cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise and an ability to help solve clients' needs.
  • You will also lead and manage responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed, working with relevant expertise.
  • Furthermore, you will drive cross-selling and up-selling activities, including introducing Aon United colleagues/services where appropriate.
  • You will follow the Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect.
