Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager, Digital Acquisition

At China CITIC Bank International Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager/ Manager, Digital Acquisition. This role will be responsible for managing digital acquisition channels performance and exploring new channels where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Performance Management: Monitor and analyze digital acquisition channels performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
  • New Channel Exploration: Research and identify new digital acquisition channels to expand our reach and customer base.
  • Project Management: Manage strategic projects to optimize customer journey through digitization of owned online assets, ensuring a seamless online application and product fulfillment experience.
  • Benchmarking and Improvement: Benchmark digital performance and processes against industry best practices, proposing and implementing improvements to deliver the highest impact on digital customer awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Products, Segment, and Marketing teams to create opportunities to achieve revenue targets and cost efficiencies.
  • Digital Engagement: Design and develop effective digital engagement campaigns to drive online/mobile banking registrations, mobile app downloads, and digital usage/activities in collaboration with Sales & Distribution Channels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Support the team on management reporting generation and competitive analysis.
  • Customer Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee the new customer acquisition journey and onboarding experience, handling customer inquiries and offer fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree holder in Business or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in banking, sales, and marketing, digital business development. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Manager role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in eCommerce, digital media agency in banking and finance industry will be an advantage.
  • Business Acumen: Entrepreneurship mindset and possess a blend of business and technical savvy, ability to drive strategy into action.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with Fintech/digital technology, including ability to translate business and customer needs to Information Technology requirements.
  • Industry Awareness: Understand industry and market developments relating to own function.
