Talent Acquisition Manager



Reporting to the Senior Manager – Human Resources in Hong Kong Headquarters office, this position is responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent for Hang Lung Properties. The role requires a strategic and execution-focused approach, working across all levels of the organization, both locally and nationally.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition programs to support the talent pipeline and succession planning
  • Designing an efficient and effective hiring journey, and driving recruitment programs to enhance employer branding
  • Developing partnerships and programs to support various talent acquisition strategies, including professional networks and university recruitment
  • Collaborating with other organizations and NGOs to build a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Partnering with HRBP and hiring managers to identify hiring needs, job requirements, and selection criteria
  • Handling the full spectrum of talent acquisition, from end-to-end cycle, in both Headquarters and local operations
  • Designing and developing policies and procedures for recruitment channels to ensure cost-effective hiring within budget
  • Developing and analyzing key metrics focused on recruitment effectiveness and efficiency to achieve desired goals
  • Responsible for the new HRIS implementation
  • Participating in other projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition and/or employer branding experience, preferably in Property Development and Retail industry with agency and MNC experience
  • Experience in HRIS implementation is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies and channel management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, proposal, and report writing capabilities, with spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively
  • Strong budget forecasting and project management capabilities
  • Solution-focused, self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
