Responsibilities- Assist in the development of campus recruitment strategies aligned with company hiring needs and talent acquisition goals.
- Actively source and screen candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to identify individuals with the potential to excel in quantitative research roles.
- Develop creative and compelling messaging to effectively communicate company's value proposition to prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events and maximize engagement with students and faculty.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support.
- Track and analyze key metrics related to recruitment activities, including candidate engagement, event attendance, application conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably within the quant hedge fund industry.
- Good understanding of quantitative research, trading strategies, and related concepts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
