Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize acquisition channel capability and efficiency for unsecured lending products to achieve business targets
  • Support the formulation of credit card and personal loan acquisition and commercialization strategies to support new business growth
  • Manage acquisition cost of different unsecured lending products and formulate business case to ensure realization of financial benefits from business investment
  • Collaborate with Risk team on credit policy refinement to balance risk and return as well as ensuring regulatory requirements are met
  • Work with channels, operations and underwriting on application flow and process for a customer centric and cost-effective journey
  • Work closely with data analytics team to develop business insights, identify business gaps and opportunities and keep track of business performance of newly acquired products
  • Monitor the market dynamic and competitive activities to keep abreast of the product trends, pricing and offers, and customers' expectations
Requirements:
  • University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Work experience on credit card or personal loan is preferred. Experience in digital projects or analytical areas would be a plus
  • Strong financial acumen and project management skills
  • Self-driven with strong drive and positive working attitude
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking
  • Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills
