About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our regional talent acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition process in the Hong Kong region, reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, and working closely with the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Regional Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a regional talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company's overall recruitment goals and objectives.
  2. Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other talent acquisition professionals, to identify and attract top talent in the region.
  3. Team Management and Development: Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  4. Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes and tools to ensure they are effective, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
  5. Talent Acquisition Budget Management: Manage and optimize our recruitment budget to ensure we are getting the best value for our investment.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in management or business administration.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international setting, with a strong background in leading and developing regional talent acquisition teams.
  3. Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment trends, channels, and tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with regional teams and manage complex projects.
