Talent Acquisition Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team at FastLaneRecruit. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Utilize a range of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely feedback and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process, including preparing offer letters and conducting background checks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools is preferred.
