At AVOMIND, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing our candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate communications and guide them through the interview process
  • Proactively source candidates and engage with high potential candidates
  • Screen resumes, review preliminary test results, and conduct phone and in-person interviews

Requirements:
