Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts across Asia Pacific, driving business growth through strategic recruitment and talent development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small team of Talent Acquisition professionals to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes across the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and hiring managers on critical and senior hirings, providing expert guidance on hiring requirements, candidate sourcing, and interview processes.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for sourcing diverse talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the business.
- Collaborate with HRBP and business stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies and roadmaps to hire the right talents for the organization.
- Ensure the team is maximizing the use of applicant tracking systems and providing timely and accurate reports and statistics to regional/local senior leadership teams.
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience covering multiple locations in Asia Pacific.
- Passionate about connecting with talents and working with people inside and outside of the organization, with a curiosity to learn what's happening around the world.
- Hands-on and lead by example, able to push boundaries and challenge the status quo while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
- Analytically strong and able to connect the dots within the organization, business direction, data, and reporting to lead to practical solutions and right decision-making.
- Good knowledge of ATS and process excellence is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various functions and influence stakeholders in a changing environment.
