About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at AVOMIND. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in identifying and selecting top talent to drive our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador for AVOMIND, managing candidate communications and guiding them through the interview process from application to hire.
  • Pipeline Generation: Responsible for generating and managing a high-quality pipeline of candidates, leveraging different channels to source and engage with high-potential candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, review preliminary test results, and conduct phone and in-person interviews to identify top talent.
  • Coordination & Operations: Manage candidate pipeline efficiently, scheduling interviews, and responding to candidate inquiries.
  • Campus Recruitment: Work with the Manager/ Senior Recruiter to manage campus recruiting logistics, organize events, and develop talent attraction and employer branding activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
  • 0+ years of experience, with additional experience in talent sourcing or recruiting a plus.
  • Fluent English and Vietnamese/Thai is a must.
