Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment drive and enhance employer branding. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to assess staffing needs, develop, and execute a recruitment strategy, and attract top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their hiring needs
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
  • Identify, assess, and select appropriate recruitment channels to reach qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring decisions
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection and onboarding processes
  • Drive and implement employer branding initiatives
  • Proactively work with HR business partners to organize employee engagement events
  • Contribute to the development and execution of various talent acquisition projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in a human resources role, with proven track record of success in Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Sharp interviewing skills and questioning techniques
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven and committed to achieving recruitment goals
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
