- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's requirements and values.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive hiring landscape to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's Degree holder in a business-related discipline.
- 5-8 years of working experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager with a successful track record of recruiting top talent.
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese, with native Mandarin speaker or well-understood China market an advantage.
- Passion for acquiring new business knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow-through, problem-solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations, and proactive mindset.
