The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Developing the sales funnel through lead generation activities such as cold calling, emailing and other prospecting techniques.
  • Handling client inquiries and building strong relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Qualifying leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Transferring qualified leads to sales teams to facilitate closure of deals.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets set by the business.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1 year experience in Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, preferably in Consulting and IT Services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated and resilient with strong teamwork skills.
