Sales Solutions Director for Asia Pacific
We are seeking an experienced Sales Solutions Director to join our team in Greater China. As a key member of our Sales Solutions team, you will drive revenue growth and expand our presence in this dynamic market. With a strong background in quota-carrying sales roles and SaaS-based environments, you will develop and execute strategic plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with senior executives to navigate the complexities of the Greater China market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory, ensuring reliable forecasts and consistent overachievement of business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by connecting with customers and building opportunities that benefit both parties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, ultimately enhancing our product and sales processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in SaaS-based environments.
- Proven experience working with clients in Greater China or supporting Chinese companies in their global expansion.
- Strong understanding of diverse business practices and etiquettes within the Greater China region.
- Ability to assess business opportunities, read prospective buyers, and predictably forecast and execute on business goals.
