Job Title: Global Sales Director for Chiller Products
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our key account efforts in the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets.
About the RoleThis role requires a deep understanding of the chiller industry, as well as strong relationships with Japanese vertical customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the build-up of key account pipelines and secure order quotas in the HK & SEA area
- Promote chiller sales and provide technical promotion and dealer training
- Analyze market data and trends to increase market share for the assigned territory
- Collaborate with sales teams from various countries and regions to form orders, sales, and shipments
- Degree holder or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years' sales experience, preferably with Japanese companies
- Strong market insight capability and key account development ability
- Knowledge of chiller products, HVAC industry, and marketing sales experience
- Sales experience in engineering through channel partners
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive individual
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and selling skills
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
