Are you a seasoned executive looking for a new challenge? FP Global is seeking an Executive Director, Sales and Growth Initiatives to lead our sales and relationship management efforts in Asia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will drive business growth and deepen client relationships across Hong Kong, Greater China, and Asia.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of sales and relationship managers to drive business growth and deepen client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify opportunities for incremental revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling investment fund services.
  • Build strong working relationships with decision-makers and influencers across the client base.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee contractual, commercial, and operational issue resolution, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, legal, audit, credit).
  • Develop strategic account plans to position the firm's value proposition as a market leader.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, contributing to thought leadership and client engagement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record in managing large, strategic client relationships within the investment fund services or asset servicing space.
  • Strong understanding of banking services and processes related to investment funds.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with a client-centric mindset.
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 License preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages are advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a regional team; occasional travel expected.
