Revenue Growth Specialist Position

Join us at ConnectedGroup as we seek a highly skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion and foster long-term partnerships with existing merchants.

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and establish strong relationships with existing merchants.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with merchants, providing exceptional service and support. Regularly engage to understand their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience.
  • Negotiate business terms and manage contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales/account management.
  • Experience in payment/financial industries is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Data analysis/project management experience would be beneficial.
