Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
Company Overview: Persolkelly, a prominent international freight forwarding company, is looking for a seasoned professional to fill the position of Sales and Business Development Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic trade lanes, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Spearheading business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Leading a sales team to achieve targets and monitor KPIs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
• Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth
• Project leading global accounts to ensure successful partnerships
• Identifying potential clients and establishing relationships to drive new business
• Overseeing customer service workflow to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Logistics, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the freight/cargo industry, with 5 years of sales management experience
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key clients
What We Offer:
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary up to HKD 58k/month, 13 months guaranteed, plus bonus.
