- Lead the team in navigating and thriving in ambiguous environments, fostering a culture of strategic thinking to ensure informed decision-making at all levels.
- Guide the customer team to achieve agreed sales targets and outcome-based KPIs.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members and build capability for sales strategy development and execution.
- Maintain a forward-looking perspective, demonstrating agility in adapting to challenges and effectively leveraging growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform key decisions for product strategy.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Sales Supervisor position.
- Familiarity with the local market is preferred.
