Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage our sales team while actively engaging in B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2B revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with key clients to build and maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English
  • Knowledge inIT solutions and features
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
