Regional Sales Manager

This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on our sales team's success. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the customer team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive strategic partnerships and enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Head of Customer Engagement, Head of Strategic Planning and Innovation, and Squad Leads, to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets.
- Coach and develop sales teams to improve performance and drive results.
- Work closely with the trade team to identify opportunities and drive sales in the trade channel.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
