About This Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on our sales team's success. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the customer team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive strategic partnerships and enhance customer loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Head of Customer Engagement, Head of Strategic Planning and Innovation, and Squad Leads, to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets.
  3. Coach and develop sales teams to improve performance and drive results.
  4. Work closely with the trade team to identify opportunities and drive sales in the trade channel.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
